Crystal Dove Cleaning & Handyman service offers full service home repair and maintenance

A Crystal Dove Cleaning Handyman will show up at your home with his own tools. All Handymen at Crystal Dove Cleaning are employees of the company, not contractors. We screen each of our employees to ensure you can trust the person entering your home. On top of that we are licensed, bonded and insured as well as skilled and experienced.

HOW WE CHARGE: We have a one hour minimum and thereafter you are billed in 15 minute increments. This is to ensure you are only charged for the time you use. Our Hourly rate is $30 per hour.

We work on a time and materials pricing basis. You are charged only for the actual time worked and materials purchased. Though most companies do not allow it, Crystal Dove Cleaning & Handyman Service will advise you on materials to buy and help you make a shopping list so you can buy your own materials and do not have to pay us for shopping time or warranty markup (or supplies) needed for your project.

The advantage of this method is that it is the least costly and fastest way to have many small to medium sized projects done. (estimates are always calculated at a higher hourly rate) Also, it is easy to expand your to-do list without changing any contracts. The disadvantage is that you do not a have a firm price up front, but rather an approximate time frame.

If you give us a call, however, we can give you an idea of how long your task may take. We recommend that you go ahead and schedule a one-hour visit for our handymen to come out and take care of some of the items on your current to-do list, and at the same time our handyman can answer any additional questions you may have on other projects around your home.

Most jobs are priced by the volume of items we remove and we give you the price up front. No hidden surprises! We take care of all the lifting, loading, recycling, donating, and disposal. You don't need to worry about a thing. You just point out the items and we do the work.
